In case he needed more recognition of his talent, since Amal Alamuddin (George Clooney’s wife) wore one of his couture dresses right after getting married in Venice, the brand Giambattista Valli is on every fashion lover lips. And I have to say that I would have gladly worn that dress myself.
If that wasn’t enough, Rihanna made quite an appearance at the Grammys in a huge pink dress from his spring/summer 2015 Couture Collection. I can’t decide if I like it or hate it. It’s just one of those dresses that has to meet the right kind of woman in order to “shine”, and if there would have been someone to pull it off, that was Rihanna.
This man has a thing for flowers. Both the Ready-to-wear & Couture collections evoke the spring spirit through flower prints, pastels and a black & white mix.
This is a really sweet collection, totally wearable, very ladylike in a fresh modern way.
