A bride is not defined by what she wears on her wedding day. A bride is a bride no matter where she’s from, what color she decides is perfect for her wedding day or what style of dress she chooses. A bride is most beautiful when she is happy, relaxed and confident on her choices, whether it’s about the groom 🙂 , the place of the reception or her outfit. A bride is entitled to wear whatever she wants on the most beautiful day of her life. Her outfit should be her choice and only hers.
That being said my darlings, not every bride loves a classic wedding look, with a full skirt and lace. Some girls want to wear something else and so, this article is for them.
So, what to wear on your wedding day if you don’t see yourself as a classic bride?

Why should your husband be the only one to get to wear pants? You too can do it with style. Why should he be the only one to feel relaxed and move free without tripping on the gown’s hem? It might be far away from a classic bride look, but you have to recognise they look stunning.

Who said the wedding dress must be long? A short one can look as amazing and will allow you to dance freely all night while showing those beautiful legs.

There’s something about this length that I find adorable and stylish while keeping a classic bridal look. The plus is that it’s probably a lot more comfortable and easy to wear.

4. Almost casual
Lately I’ve been to more and more “casual” weddings, where the bride and groom just wanted to have a cool party to celebrate their wedding day so they might choose a place like a pub, a club, a country house, a bistro or a pool to organize their party. The whole idea is to celebrate “outside the box” so the bride most of the times wears an “outside the classic” outfit. The plus of this dresses is that it can be worn for many times after the big event.

No matter the color, no matter the style, no matter if you’re doing it in high heels, flats or sneakers, wear whatever you feel like represents you on your happy day. The wedding day is about the love and not about the look.
